 Old Business:
(1)
Taxes: Becky is working with Cal Jorgensen about our taxes. He will be getting back to us shortly.
(2)     DWP vs. Terhune: Court date was November 17,2003 @ 10:00am. No update.
(3)
No update on by-laws with Joe Muscarnera and Al Krininger.
(4)     No update on website from Toni Jilek (she has been under the weather). Peter LaPoint has volunteered to assist Toni on the website.
(5)     Will Julum was able to turn the water off at the park.
(6)     Mike Steele has still not been able to have gate (posts and cable) repaired at ballpark.

Correspondence:
A letter came to announce Wash State vs. Hank Tom Evans. Court date if Feb 5 and a letter has been sent seeking reimbursement for damages to our fence at the park.
Jean has corresponded with the Dickson Law office.
Lee’s Drywall was notified that a party is not an option until restitution is made from last year.

New Business:
(1)
Discussed a dues increase at length with some concerned community members. Decided that a proxy and an explanation must go out to explain why a dues increase is necessary. Tim Wilson and Becky are working on a spreadsheet to illustrate the rising costs associated with running DWP. We will have a special meeting at a date to be determined to go over this with the community.
(2)                 Garage Sale: will be run by Karen Lee and be on the weekend of May 20th, 2004.
(3)                 DWP at the time of the meeting was nearly 2 months behind on the utility bill to PSE.
(4)
FYI to the community: your drain field at the park is beginning to fail. It had to be pumped twice last summer.

Motions Decided Upon:
There are no new motions at this time.

The next meeting will be on February 2nd, 2004, at 7:00pm at a location to be determined.
