A explanation of the budget approval was explained as such: the budget is sent out with the required number of days ahead of the general meeting. To reject this proposal, 50% +1 of the members would have to vote to reject it and thus cause a new budget proposal. If the members do not show for the annual meeting the budget stands as proposed. 8. Eye sore homes are a touchy issue to address, but direct DPA interaction could be enacted if there was a safety concern, otherwise letters and direct influence are the best possible solutions. 9. There are middle of the day thefts of Jet Skis, Boards, boating equipment, etc occurring and members need to close their garage doors. Meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m. Minutes submitted by: David Thorsen PATROL ACTIVITY MAP FOR MAY |
